About the Tribal Area
Trinidad Rancheria in California is the primary broadband planning geography for this federally recognized tribe, and it spans less than 0.1 square miles. FCC BDC records show 9 fixed providers and 4 mobile providers across roughly 26 service locations, and current service levels of 100.0% at 25/3 Mbps, and 100.0% at 100/20.
Tribal Area Description
Rancheria lands in California are associated with Trinidad, a federally recognized tribe. The land base is relevant for broadband planning due to rural service coverage and middle-mile access constraints.
The Cher-Ae Heights Indian Community of the Trinidad Rancheria is updating its Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP). These plans are our opportunity to decide what we want our future to look like—so we can plan how to get there together. Protecting Tribal Gaming: Propositions 26 and 27 information! It is with faith in The Creator that we undertake these tasks and it shall be with a spirit of respect and cooperation that we reach these goals.
